Grant Pierce working the Thai Pads.Muay Thai, commonly referred to as kickboxing, is a martial art from Thailand. It complements Tae Kwon Do, focusing on low leg kicks, knee strikes, elbow strikes, work from the clinch and takedowns (offense & defense).

Western boxing, commonly referred to as, "the sweet science" offers some of the most effective punching offense and defense techniques around.  This art also complements Tae Kwon Do, adding to its already effective arsenal of hand skills.

We offer workshops regularly, teaching both Muay Thai and Western boxing.

Our primary workshop instructor, Grant Pierce is a Muay Thai instructor under Prida “Kak” Koonala, and has over a decade of Muay Thai training, competition and teaching experience. He is also a 2nd Degree Tae Kwon Do Black Belt, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt and has extensive boxing experience.

Mr. Cho is also versed in these arts and combines the same practices in our Tae Kwon Do classes.  Trial lessons are free.  Please call us for more info.
