Please read the Youth TaeKwonDo (5+) section for benefits and curriculum information.  Know that we have specific classes for children from roughly 10 - 16 years of age that address the needs of this unique age group.  We also offer the opportunity for these children to train with the adults occasionally (but regularly), in order to help nurture their transition to becoming mature young adults.
